I am Tonya Peralta, an Ojai Real Estate Broker Associate with 25 years experience in the Real Estate industry, including a decade of Real Estate Appraisal experience. I employ my skills as a Harvard trained negotiator and my Bachelors degree in Business Finance to maximize results for my clients. As a 4th generation Ojai Native, my clients benefit through the local connections and personal relationships that I have fostered for over 50 years, including strong relationships and the respect of my peers. Professionalism, tenacity, integrity and attention to detail are a few of the attributes that my clients appreciate when working with me. I am often described as direct, genuine, fair and determined.

Brittney was born and raised in the beautiful Ojai Valley. She currently resides in Ventura with her husband and three boys. She has been in real estate since 2005. She graduated with a degree in Interior Design and Architecture therefore her specialty is prepping your house for sale. Not only can she help you buy or sell your home, but she will also assist you with staging your home for the best possible profit. Her home remodeling background allows her to give clients more ideas and options while looking at homes. She consistently puts her clients’ best interests first and listens to what they really want. Brooke always has a smiling face and is ready to tackle whatever comes her way! As a third generation Ojai Native, she knows this valley inside and out and is always open to answering your questions.
